Six departments jointly issue announcement on strengthening the management of hydroxylimine

In order to strengthen the management of hydroxylimine and prevent it from flowing into the illegal channels to make ketamine (commonly known as K-powder), the State Council approved to add hydroxylimine into the Category I list in the Regulations on the Administration of Precursor Chemicals. The Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Health, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Work Safety and the State Food and Drug Administration recently jointly issued an announcement on strengthening the management of hydroxylimine.
