In order to restrain the compound preparation containing special drugs marketed for illegal purpose or abused, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) issued the notice on further strengthening supervision for such drugs recently. SFDA requires all the food and drug regulatory departments dealing severely with illegal actions found in the supervision. 

Either manufacture or business enterprise should be punished severely if they violated GMP and GSP in marketing compound preparation containing special drugs, or directly made the special drugs into illegal marketing channels. The cases violated the criminal law should be handed over to the public security authorities for handling in time. 

SFDA should notify the misconduct and illegal activities on drug manufacturers or drug business enterprises at the right time.

Such special drugs include compound preparation containing ephedrine, compound oral solution containing codeine, and compound tablets containing diphenoxylate or glycyrrhiza.
