SFDA Deputy Commissioner Liu Yi meets delegation headed by COO of Microsoft Greater China Region

On April11, 2008, Deputy Commissioner of the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) Liu Yi met the delegation headed by Chief Operating Officer(COO) of Microsoft Greater China Region Eugenio Beaufrand. Both parties had an in-depth discussion on computerization of drug supervision and had an amicable conversation on cooperation. Liu Yi, on behalf of SFDA, signed with Microsoft China a Memorandum of Cooperation on extensive cooperation on electronic government affairs, computerization construction, information security, and cultivation of qualified personnel etc.
