SFDA solicits opinions on the amendments of Provisions for Medical Device Advertisement Examination

The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently organized the drafting of the amendments of Provisions for Medical Device Advertisement Examination. The amended Provisions (draft January 3, 2008) are now publicly soliciting comments and opinions. Comments or opinions should be submitted to the Division of Regulations of the Department of Policy and Regulations of SFDA before January 25, 2008.
