According to Article 3 of Regulations for the Control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA), the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) recently jointly issued the List of Narcotic Drugs (2007 edition) and the List of Psychotropic Drugs (2007 edition). The Lists will enter into force from January 1, 2008.
