SFDA solicits opinions on Provisions for Drug Registration (draft for comment) and its appendix once again

Since soliciting opinions on Provisions for Drug Registration (draft for comment) from March 10, 2007, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) has extensively solicited views from all-walks of life in the society through a multiple of channels. On this basis, SFDA has adjusted and supplemented relevant contents and modified the appendix. SFDA now solicits opinions on the Provisions and the appendix once again. Opinions shall be provided in written form to the Department of Drug Registration of SFDA before June 12, 2007.
