On October 23-25, 2006, the Second Workshop (the First Annual Meeting) of WHO International Regulatory Cooperation for Herbal Medicines (IRCH) was held in Beijing. Liu Yi, Deputy Commissioner of the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) attended the opening ceremony and made a speech.
