In response to the implementation of Provisions for Import Crude Drugs (Interim) (SFDA Order No. 22), the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) revised Requirements for Sampling of Import Crude Drugs, formulated Record Form for Sampling of Import Crude Drugs, Notice of Import Crude Drugs Not to Be Sampled, Certificate of Import Crude Drug Testing, which will take effect as of July 15, 2006. The forms motioned above will only be printed by SFDA.
