The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) formulated the Methods of Reviewing and Handling Administrative Reconsideration Cases in accordance with Administrative Reconsideration Law of the People's Republic of China and the State Drug Administration Provisional Method for Administrative Reconsideration ( Order No. 34 of SDA) to standardize the reviewing and handing procedures of administrative reconsideration cases of SFDA, improve case-handling quality and protect the legal rights and interests of the administrative counterparts. The Methods take effect as of Feb. 1, 2006.
