The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently held "Press Conference of Studying and Implementing Regulations for the Control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs " in Beijing. At the press conference, SFDA officials explained the Regulations. The press conference was presided over by Hui Lusheng, Deputy Commissioner of SFDA. Shao Mingli, Commissioner of SFDA, delivered a speech. Officials from other government agencies also attended the press conference, including those from the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Railways, the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Post Bureau, the General Administration of Customs, the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the State Council Information Office, the Health Department of Ministry of Logistics of the PLA.
