On October 29-30, 2005, CYL Committee for Offices Directly Under the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) joins other 18 organizations including the Office of the State Council Anti-HIV/AIDS Working Committee in the second anti-HIV/AIDS promotion targeted at floating population, called "Are You All Right Out There?".
