SFDA conducts inspection to the reviewing of advertisement of drugs, medical devices and health foods



The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) decides to conduct inspection to the reviewing of advertisement of drugs, medical devices and health foods in the second half of this year to further standardize the advertisement approval practice, improve approval quality and make sure the requirements for the reviewing of drug, medical devices and health food advertisement are implemented; so that to fully implement the Drug Administration Law, Advertisement Law, Regulations for Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices, Regulations for  Implementation of the Drug Administration Law, Interim Requirements for Health Food Advertisement Reviewing, and to against commercial fraudulence, combat illegal advertisements.

The inspection covers the advertisement approval practice of drugs, medical devices and health foods, the record keeping and reviewing for drug and medical devices advertisements and the follow-up supervision of published advertisements of drugs, medical devices and health foods.
