The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) held its first ever public hearing on June 29, 2005 since the administration was established. The hearing was held for Jilin Yuhuang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. who disagreed with an intended administrative penalty by SFDA.

The opinions of the public hearing will be given within the next few days.
