The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently issued Provisions for the Registration of Pharmaceutical Preparations in Medical Institutions (interim) to strengthen and standardize the management, application and approval of pharmaceutical preparations in medical institutions. The Provisions will go into effect on August 1, 2005.
