According to the legislative schedule of the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA), the Department of International Cooperation of SFDA organized the drafting of the Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Administrative Protection for Pharmaceuticals (draft) and made it open for public suggestions. Interested persons can submit comments to the Department of International Cooperation before April 23, 2005.

The Department of International Cooperation will also hold a symposium in Beijing late April to hear the opinions and suggestions of the owner of drug administrative protection and interested parties. Any person interested in the symposium can register with the Department of International Cooperation before April 16, 2005. Please specify name, gender, organization, contact information, etc. The date and location of the symposium will be released later.
